If goods are being purchased from outside naturpro’s country of residence, import costs and fees may apply as soon as the Goods arrive at their destination. Naturpro is not responsible for these charges and we undertake not to make calculations or estimates in this regard.

If Naturpro terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases to your Account will not be cancelled and will be sent. Naturpro reserves the right to refuse to send any pending purchases at its discretion.
Naturpro reserves the right to cancel purchases without giving reasons for any reason prior to the payment and shipping process.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to shipping you will be refunded any amount that has been paid in connection with those purchases.

Goods, Price and Availability
While every effort has been made to ensure that all graphic representations and descriptions of Goods available on Naturpro correspond to the current Goods, Naturpro is not responsible for any variations of these descriptions. Naturpro will notify you automatically by email when your goods are about to be shipped. The message will contain details of average delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of Goods purchased by you.
Deliveries to Portugal and the rest of Europe take a maximum of 48 hours, although we do our best to have your order on the next business day. The service used by Naturpro is CTT and CTT Expresso Prime International.
If Naturpro receives no communication from you within 7 days of delivery in relation to any problems with the Goods, we assume that you have received the Goods in good condition and without any problem.
If your property is returned to us as a result of an error by the address you provided to us, Naturpro will send the goods back to you at the new address you have given us. You will be charged for shipping costs if an error in the delivery address is your fault. Our discretion and decision in this regard is final.
If the goods are returned because they were not delivered for any reason, do not receive the products (customer was not, unable to contact you or refused goods) and our international delivery service has attempted to deliver, you will be charged for redelivery along with any charges that result in the goods being returned.
The goods that are shipped from Portugal through the international delivery service of ctt are guaranteed to be received within the indicated deadlines. This warranty does not apply if there is no one at the address who referred us to receive the order.
You warrant that you are bound by the terms and conditions of our delivery service. Such terms and conditions may be found on their websites.
Naturpro aims to provide high quality goods free of problems and damage. On certain occasions, Goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If you receive Goods that do not identify with those you have purchased, unless accompanied with an explanatory note with details of the changes, the reasons for the changes and your options, you should contact us within 10 days so that we can arrange a pick-up and return. Naturpro is not responsible for paying shipping costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced by those purchased (if available) or be reimbursed using the payment method used during the purchase of the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be made upon receipt of the Returned Goods.
If any Goods you have purchased are faulty when delivered to you, you should contact Naturpro within 15 days to arrange pick-up and return. Naturpro is not responsible for paying shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, paid by you, will be reimbursed to you using the payment method used by you when you purchased the Goods.
If any Goods fail within the warranty period, you will be entitled to repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of this warranty. We will not refund you.
If the Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is evident on delivery, you must sign the delivery note saying that the Goods have been damaged. In any event, you must claim such damage to Naturpro within 10 days and arrange a pick-up and return. Naturpro is not responsible for paying shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price paid by you will be returned to you using the payment method used by you when you purchased the Goods.
You have the legal right to a period of “reflection”. This period begins as soon as your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the Goods within this period, please return them to Naturpro within 7 days of receipt. The Goods may only be returned for this reason if their packaging is not open and the Goods can be sold again, as new, without any additional work by Naturpro. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs if the Goods are returned for this reason. Naturpro will not be responsible for any bank charges debited from your account as a result of your purchase.
