Naturpro ship to Portugal and more than 100 countries worldwide. All goods are shipped within 3 business days. All orders are packed in a 100% discreet manner without references to Naturpro or their contents. All orders are shipped from Naturpro warehouses in Portugal, and the price of expenses and shipping times vary depending on the country from which you are ordering.

Shipments to Portugal are made within 24 hours through ctt, being delivered normally within 1 to 2 business days.

The delivery address does not necessarily have to be your home address, you can use the address that suits you, from the address of your work, from a friend’s house or even to the nearest post office, that is, if you wish Naturpro send your request directly to the post office closest to you and then provide you with a code that you must present at the respective station to pick up the same and with which you can track the location of your shipment in real time, all this information is provided to you at the time of purchase, this procedure being quite simple.

Shipments are made to all European countries within 24 hours via CTT via CTT Express, or through Fedex or DHL and are normally delivered within 1 to 5 business days.

If no one is at the destination to sign it, you will be left with a acknowledgere with which you should go to the post office closest to you.

We inform you that, once the delivery services have your order in their possession, it is their responsibility to make the respective delivery. In case of delay, or after the deadline estimated by us for delivery you should contact the post office of your country directly, knowing that you can contact us at any time and count on our assistance in resolving any inconvenience that may arise.

All shipments to other countries outside Europe are made by registered mail. After payment confirmation, Naturpro’s specialized delivery department carefully packs all orders and ensures that they are shipped in complete brevity.

The customer then receives an email with the tracking code and the site link to be able to track at any time the progress of the shipment until the arrival of the order.

Shipping charges to other countries cost €12.00 and estimated delivery times are 15 to 30 business days.

Note: All orders arriving in other countries from abroad must pass through customs, and as such, our products also follow the same rigor. Depending on the volume of the order may be the case of having to pay a customs fee, these charges being the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you have not received your order within the estimated time frame we suggest contacting the post office directly, as your order may be waiting for pick-up at the post office.
