RETURN POLICY
Returning the items back to us is very simple; start by contacting us.
- If you would like to return an item because you no longer want or changed your mind, you can return it to us within 7 days in its original condition for a hassle-free refund.
- If, on delivery, you find that the packaging has been damaged and your items, in turn, have been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the resubmission.
- You will be notified when our deposit receives the item and when the refund is made or resubmitted. That is, so you will be updated at all points throughout this process.
- You will be refunded using the same payment method used to purchase your items.
To ensure that our warehouse successfully receives your returns, we advise you to use a traceable delivery method to ensure delivery.
Please note that once any shapewear or clothing items have been worn, it is not refundable for hygiene reasons.
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Depending on the card issuer and the bank, refunds can take two to three business days.
As soon as we receive your item in our warehouse, you will be notified. We will also notify you when your refund is processed or when your referral is made.
It is important to contact us as soon as you discover a fault. Contact our customer service team with your order number, item name and what the fault is. We will send a replacement to you as soon as possible.
